GoodVision Secured a Growth Investment From Round2 Capital
Round2 Capital has provided a seven-figure investment to GoodVision. The funding will help our international expansion across North America and APAC, and a faster path from contracted pipeline to live deployment.
We run a traffic intelligence platform that traffic engineers and operators worldwide use to turn standard CCTV cameras into smart sensors. Our engineering team builds it in our Prague R&D center. The software is camera-agnostic, runs real-time monitoring and on-demand traffic studies from the same platform, serves TSMO operations directly, and is flexible enough to feed your own systems or run entirely in the GoodVision cloud. More than 120 enterprise customers in over 50 countries run on it.
Our next stage is straightforward: to be the platform traffic engineering teams in North America and APAC reach for first, to watch their networks in real time, spot incidents the moment they happen, and back their design and safety decisions with measured data instead of estimates.
Where the Investment Goes
We are opening commercial coverage across the United States and expanding in APAC through Singapore, Manila, South Korea and Thailand, and we are building implementation and support teams inside those regions so deployments run on your schedule. The rest goes into the platform itself: deeper real-time operations, incident detection and safety analytics. Our contracted pipeline already runs ahead of what we can deliver today, and this capital closes that gap.

Why North America and APAC, and Why Now
North American agencies are buying now. APAC is moving on the same curve, with national road authorities and tollway operators across Singapore, the Philippines, South Korea and Thailand investing in traffic management and road safety.
Road safety requirements are hardening on both sides. In the EU, Directive 2019/1936 requires network-wide road safety assessments across motorways and primary roads. Vision Zero programs in the US and Singapore are pushing incident detection, violation monitoring and safety analytics into agency requirements. We are building out commercial coverage in both regions and beyond against that demand rather than waiting for it to mature.
"We are excited to partner with Round2, whose revenue-based approach is a perfect fit for our recurring, high-margin business. The non-dilutive structure enables us to preserve shareholder ownership while accelerating international expansion, especially in the US, and convert our strong contracted pipeline into live deployments. Round2's pan-European expertise and network make them an ideal partner for our next stage."

The Market Behind the Decision
Traffic keeps growing and review capacity does not. The UN projects that 68% of the world's population will live in cities by 2050. Agencies cannot answer that by watching more video manually.
Our platform is camera-agnostic and works with CCTV and IP cameras, either on a compact edge unit or directly inside supported AI cameras. It ships as two products. GoodVision Live Traffic delivers continuous real-time analytics, incident detection and adaptive traffic management. GoodVision Video Insights covers on-demand traffic counting, origin-destination studies and road safety analytics.
That model is why our customer base spans highway and tollway operators, city and national road agencies, and consultancies, including Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, Ellaktor, SACYR, Jacobs, AECOM, WSP and SWECO. Channel partnerships with Axis, Thales, ST Engineering and Aimsun carry the platform into Europe, APAC, LATAM, North America and the Middle East.
"GoodVision has built a genuinely differentiated, software-only AI platform with outstanding relationships to customers and partners. The company combines strong investor backing, recurring revenues and a capital-efficient business model that scales without proprietary hardware. With AI adoption in public-sector traffic operations accelerating and strong regulatory tailwinds behind road safety, we are convinced the company is well positioned to grow faster than the underlying ITS market. We are delighted to support Daniel and the entire GoodVision team on their journey."
